Project Manager (Engineering)

Were looking for an Engineering Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary project teams and drive the delivery of complex industrial MEP design projects. This role oversees full project execution from early design through construction support ensuring technical quality schedule adherence and seamless coordination across engineering disciplines. Youll guide engineers and designers strengthen internal processes and support long-term growth through strong leadership and technical insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams across mechanical electrical and plumbing disciplines for industrial design projects.
  
• Oversee project planning budgeting scheduling and resource allocation to ensure on-time high-quality deliverables.
  
• Review and approve design packages ensuring accuracy constructability and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  
• Coordinate with construction teams contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical questions and support field execution.
  
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to enhance consistency accuracy and performance across all engineering deliverables.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering required; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  
• 5 years of experience in industrial MEP design and engineering project execution.
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical electrical plumbing and integrated building systems.
  
• Proficiency with Revit Navisworks Bluebeam and MS Project.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets schedules and cross-functional engineering teams.
  
• Experience supporting construction activities and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  
• Solid communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide multi-disciplinary teams.
  
• Proven track record of delivering complex industrial projects in a fast-paced environment.
