Project Manager- We specialize in storefront curtain wall and interior glazing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a full understanding of project scope including plans specifications logistics materials and equipment
- Oversee project schedules and ensure deadlines are met across multiple jobs
- Coordinate submittals shop drawings and project documentation
- Work closely with shop and field teams to ensure proper fabrication and installation
- Manage workflow between estimating project management and field operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with superintendents subcontractors and clients
- Assist with estimating and bidding when needed
- Ensure quality control by verifying materials and installations meet approved submittals
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
- Monitor job costs labor productivity and overall project performance
