Job Description Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning execution and successful delivery of technical projects. This role involves defining project scope schedules budgets and resource plans while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously managing budgets mitigating risks and optimizing resource allocation. Regular status reporting and stakeholder communication are essential to ensure transparency and project alignment throughout the lifecycle.

Job Description

Daily management of multiple projects

Responsible for managing project scope schedule and budget over the project lifecycle

Create detailed project schedule manage project resources and forecast resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle

Create and manage project budget providing regular financial updates as well as forecasted project spend vs. actuals reconciliation.

Perform effective risk management and mitigation activities across all assigned projects

Perform resource management and effectively forecast and allocation project-level resources

Review and manage change management activities across all assigned projects

Prepare and present project status reporting to project stakeholders and PMO leadership

Collaborate successfully with a variety of project business and technology stakeholders

Facilitate support transition and project closure activity steps

Advocate for strong project management principles and drive adherence to the project management lifecycle

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Computer Science Business or related field

3 years experience as Project Manager preferably in a technology environment

Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

PMP desired

Strong project management experience in a technology environment

Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource management

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role is listed below.

Pay Rate or Range: $95020.00 - $142520.00
