Project Manager Dynamics 365 CRM Location: St. Louis MO (Onsite 5 Days) Long-term Opportunity What Youll Do: Lead & manage end-to-end CRM projects (Dynamics 365) Align CRM systems with business goals & boost customer loyalty Configure & customize MS Dynamics CRM (workflows dashboards reports) Communicate with users gather requirements & design solutions Collaborate with QA vendors & cross-functional teams for smooth delivery Stay ahead with the latest Dynamics CRM tech trends What Were Looking For: Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Knowledge of Power Apps / other MS Dynamics-supported tools Excellent communication & analytical skills Familiarity with Agile Jira & banking operations is a plus Team player with a continuous improvement mindset If youre passionate about Dynamics 365 CRM transformation and ready to lead impactful projects we want to hear from you!
