Pay: 90K-110K per year plus bonus

About the Opportunity

Our client an employee-owned commercial construction company in Indianapolis is growing fast and looking for an up-and-coming Project Manager. They have a strong pipeline in healthcare community health and airport work and this hire could step into a healthcare project right away.

As an employee-owner youll have a real stake in the projects you deliver and in the companys long-term success.

What Youll Do

• Serve as the clients day-to-day contact on the jobsite
• Manage 1-2 projects at a time from $5M to $80M in size
• Lead projects lasting 10 months to 6 years (healthcare projects run about $75M over 6 years)
• Own project budgets and cost controls
• Manage community health campus projects one campus at a time
• Collaborate with owners architects subcontractors and internal teams
• Tools Youll Use: Microsoft Office Autodesk Build Phoenix (scheduling) and Viewpoint (accounting and cost reporting)

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of commercial construction experience as PM or APM
• Bachelors degree a MUST
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for large multi-stakeholder projects
• Comfort with budgets costs and schedules
• Willingness to work onsite with clients
