About the Role:
Premiere Systems specializes in A/V lighting shading automation and networks. We are expanding our operations team and seeking a Project Manager. This role is heavily focused on coordination communication organization and helping projects stay on track behind the scenes.

What Youll Do:
- Own projects from sale through completion ensuring the clients vision becomes a successful finished solution.
- Coordinate teams timelines materials and resources to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Partner across Sales Design Operations and Installation to ensure clear communication and seamless execution.
- Conduct site visits and quality checks to maintain project standards and address issues proactively.
- Manage project financials and procurement ensuring accurate billing and timely product ordering.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience including final walkthroughs demonstrations and project handoffs.
- Step in where needed to support installations solve problems and keep projects moving forward.
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in administrative support coordination operations or the A/V industry
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Valid drivers license and insurance.
- Positive attitude team-player mindset and willingness to learn.
