ManagesMultipleManufacturingandConstructionprojectsatanygiventime.

MentorsandinstructsProjectEngineersinBellinghamMarineProceduresandStandards.

StudiesandinstructsProjectEngineersinreviewingdrawingsandspecificationstoplanproceduresforconstructiononbasisofstartingandcompletiontimesandonstaffingrequirementsforeachphaseofconstruction.

AssiststheDivisioninthepreparationofpricinglocatingandqualifyinglocalcontractorsandotheractivitiesnecessarytopreparefixedpriceproposalsacrossallDivisionalProjects

CoordinatesmembersoforganizationandProjectTeams(supervisoryclericaldraftingandmanufacturing)throughouttheproject.

Ordersprocurementoftoolsandmaterialstobedeliveredatspecifiedtimestoconformtoworkschedules.

Conferswithanddirectssupervisorypersonnelandsubcontractorsengagedinplanningandexecutingworkproceduresinterpretingspecificationsinterpretingcontractrequirementsandcoordinatingvariousphasesofconstructiontopreventdelays.

Conferswithsupervisoryandengineeringpersonnelandinspectorsandsuppliersofequipmenttoolsandmaterialstoresolveconstructionproblemsandimproveconstructionmethods.

Inspectsworkinprogresstoensurethatworkmanshipconformstospecificationsandtheadherencetoconstructionschedules.

Preparesandreviewsreportsonprogressmaterialsusedandcostsandadjustsworkschedulesasindicatedbyreports.
