Position Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong construction management experience overseeing large-scale renovations involving multiple phases contractors and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of the renovation project.
- Coordinate contractors architects engineers consultants and stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules budgets construction progress and quality.
- Manage RFIs submittals change orders and project documentation.
- Coordinate construction phasing sequencing and site logistics.
- Identify and resolve construction schedule and coordination issues.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Support project closeout and turnover.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Architecture or related field.
- PE preferredbut not required.
- Strong Project Management/Construction Management experience.
- Experience with large complex phased renovation projects required.
- Experience with occupied or operational facilities preferred.
- Public-sector or institutional construction experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
