Project Manager (52755)

Position Objective: The Project Manager will provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze user nurse technologist physician administrative needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements for clinical patient care and blood donor processing 1
• Integrate multiple clinical and research systems for effective outcomes for delivering patient care 2
• Provide resources for each deliverable and associated tasks 3
• Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships
• Identify key factor in providing integration of systems for effective delivery
• Integrate project schedules with stakeholder requirements
• Provide requirements documentation user and administrative guides and Standard Operating Procedures SOPs
• Provide full Software Development Life Cycle SDLC process and documentation
• Provide Requirements Definition documentation
• Work products and documents related to analyzing user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements for clinical patient care and blood donor processing; integrate multiple clinical and research systems for effective outcomes for delivering patient care; provide resources for each deliverable and associated tasks.
• Work products and documents related to performing functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships; identify key factor in providing integration of systems for effective delivery; integrate project schedules with stakeholder requirements.
• Work products and documents related to providing requirements documentation user and administrative guides and SOPs; provide full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and documentation; provide Requirements Definition documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in General Medical and Health Services or similar
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Skilled in SharePoint Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and MS Office
• Knowledge of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and a thorough understanding of its phases i.e. Requirements Analysis/ Design Development and Testing.
• Experience in writing Use Cases and producing Use Case Models Analysis Models Behavior diagrams (Sequence diagrams Collaboration diagrams) and Class diagrams based on UML Methodology and Business Process Flow Diagrams using Visio.
• Understanding of business requirements gathering business process flow business process modeling and client interaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with non-technical and technical staff
• Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
