This confidential opportunity is ideal for an experienced construction project manager who can lead capital improvement renovation infrastructure and facility-related projects from planning through completion.
The selected candidate will oversee schedules budgets contractors project teams and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely efficiently and according to scope.
- Lead construction and facilities projects from planning through completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules budgets milestones and deliverables.
- Review contractual scope and assess the impact of field directives bulletins and schedule changes.
- Prepare cost estimates proposals change orders and supporting project documentation.
- Track project financials and communicate progress risks and issues to leadership.
- Coordinate with contractors consultants subcontractors vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Lead project and job-progress meetings as needed.
- Support new construction renovations MEP infrastructure and critical-environment projects.
- Ensure materials equipment and project resources are available when needed.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with project partners and service providers.
- Support project closeout acceptance and successful turnover.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management Project Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of construction or project management experience.
- At least 5 years of management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance plant operations engineering services or a related environment.
- Experience supporting new construction renovations MEP infrastructure or critical facilities.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling budgeting contractor management and cost control.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project Procore Bluebeam Visio or similar project tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving or evolving project environments.
- Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Masters degree in a related discipline.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience managing large-scale capital or facilities projects.
- Strong MEP or infrastructure project experience.
- Experience working in critical or highly regulated environments.
- Proven ability to negotiate change orders manage project financials and maintain client relationships.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $101000$125000.
Final compensation will be based on relevant experience education technical expertise project-management background location and overall alignment with the role.
This position is based in Houston Texas and supports active construction and facilities projects.
OSHA 30 certification is required or must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
