We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager I to join our team at K&A Power Group in Cincinnati OH. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that make a real impact in the energy and utility sectors. The Transmission Project Manager I is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of assigned transmission projects including scope schedule and budget. This role oversees a portfolio of projects ranging from $100K to $25M and of varying complexity.

Projects may include new transmission line construction line rebuilds substation construction transformer replacements switchgear replacements or a combination of these.

The Project Manager partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders ensuring successful project execution from development through completion while maintaining compliance with safety standards and organizational processes.

Role Expectations:

• Manage assigned transmission projects from initiation to closeout ensuring alignment with scope schedule and budget
• Lead project execution of multiple White or Green I projects per the Project Management Center of Excellence Project Profile Matrix
• Transition projects from Development and establish project teams with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate and monitor stakeholder deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
• Track manage and report on project financials in collaboration with Project Controls
• Identify risks develop mitigation strategies and drive resolution of issues
• Conduct site visits as needed to support field operations and project progress
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and safety requirements including use of proper PPE (fire-retardant clothing hard hat EH-rated boots protective eyewear)
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all levels from individual contributors to senior leadership

What were looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Associate degree from an accredited college or university
• Working knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Demonstrated skills in:

Pay Range $44$48/hour
