Job Summary
ReNuke Services is seeking a Project Manager 0 for our clients site in Salem SC!
Responsibilities:
Support Project Management team in:
*Assist with configuration management and project closeout in our ACT software.
*Coordinate field labeling activities
*Coordinate integration of projects into plant operations and maintenance programs (i.e. Lockout-Tagout database preventative maintenance etc.)
*Assist with contractor bid packages.
*Assist with managing purchase orders.
*Arrange meetings with stakeholders contractors and vendors.
*Use business software applications (e.g. Word PowerPoint Excel) to prepare correspondence reports presentations NERC/environmental checklists risk registers agendas minutes etc.
*Implement project setup in both our accounting and project management software.
*Generate financial reports and assist with monthly forecasting.
*Gather required approvals for invoices for processing through the A/P.
Requirements:
Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management principles. Project related work/school experience; Demonstrated to Working Knowledge in Project Management Decision Making Critical Thinking and Problem Solving; Collaborative Team Member. Demonstrated to Working knowledge in project related Scheduling / Cost Controls. The Project Management Specialist may have relationships with individuals in various organizations ranging from individual contributors to Department Leadership (i.e. individual contributors up to senior department management).
