Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with strong Scrum experience to lead and drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should bring a solid background in Agile methodologies cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder communication.

This role demands hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects with a strong understanding of the customer journey in the hospitality/cruise sector. You will be responsible for planning coordinating and delivering projects on time and within scope while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project planning execution and delivery using Scrum/Agile methodologies
Collaborate with product owners business stakeholders developers and QA teams
Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives
Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plans
Track and report project performance ensuring transparency at all levels
Ensure alignment with hospitality/cruise business objectives and timelines
Manage multiple projects in parallel and ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes

Required Skills:

Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with project management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence MS Project)
Experience working in global teams and managing offshore/onshore coordination
