This role demands hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects with a strong understanding of the customer journey in the hospitality/cruise sector. You will be responsible for planning coordinating and delivering projects on time and within scope while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning execution and delivery using Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with product owners business stakeholders developers and QA teams
- Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plans
- Track and report project performance ensuring transparency at all levels
- Ensure alignment with hospitality/cruise business objectives and timelines
- Manage multiple projects in parallel and ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes
- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence MS Project)
- Experience working in global teams and managing offshore/onshore coordination
