Job Summary
Role:
Support project management subcontracts purchase orders submittals scheduling and coordination with the site superintendent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning scheduling and cost control.
- Manage subcontracts purchase orders bids and contractor coordination.
- Review plans specifications and design changes.
- Track project progress resolve issues and maintain schedules.
- Prepare cost estimates status reports and project documentation.
- Support safe and compliant jobsite operations.
Requirements:
- 2 years of water & wastewater construction experience.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Knowledge of all phases of construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel CAD Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
