Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule as assigned by the Project Manager by managing the process of submittal approvals coordinating the timely delivery of materials and maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed with quality profitability and while complying with our Safety culture of Zero FunctionsProject financial responsibilitiesPreconstruction servicesProject start-up and schedulingProject administration coordination and close-outPromote client and subcontractor relationsPerform other related duties as neededMinimum RequirementsBachelors degree (Construction Management degrees preferred) or equivalent experienceInternship or equivalent experience with a commercial general contractorProficiency using a personal computer and company communication tools such as email the internet and Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word Teams Outlook)Preferred ExperienceOne to three years of previous work experienceFamiliarity with RFIs change orders submittals and punch-listsPreparing sub-contractor meeting minutesThe base compensation range for the role posted above is $90000 - $97000 annually.*This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales orrevenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus commission or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Companys sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Companys sole discretion consistent with the law.
