Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Review and uphold quality control standards.
• Ensure crews have the equipment materials and survey data needed before arrival.
• Track daily and weekly production through timecard and quantity reviews.
• Collaborate with crews and subcontractors to ensure progress milestones are met.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and field measurements.
• Coordinate with inspectors and owner representatives.
• Prepare three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support team efforts and company goals.
• Demonstrate reliability integrity and strong work ethic.
• Complete all assigned documentation and tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree inCivil EngineeringorConstruction Managementrequired.
• 24 years of experience inheavy civil construction(roadway bridge grading or dirt work) preferred.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles materials and construction methods.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid drivers license required.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate active construction sites.
• Occasional travel to project sites required.
• Shifts may vary (days nights weekends).
