Project Engineer

L. F. Driscoll part of the STO Building Group is looking to hire a Traveling Project Engineer to support our data center projects in the Northeast and Midwest regions. TheProject Engineeris to ensure that the team is unified and that the product that EstimatingPurchasing Operations and Accounting produces is of the quality and content expected of their clients andorganizationsstandards.

TheProject Engineer main points of focus should be:

• Serve as the primary client contact and lead for all estimating and project management operations for specific client accounts.
• Coordinate all bidding and operational coordination with subcontractors and / or 3^rdparty general contractors asrequiredper each project.
• Support the local teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Supporting on-boarding and training of STOBG personnel and local subcontractors.
• Supporting on-boarding and training of client and partner personnel.
• Motivating a unified team focused on organizational andaccountgoals.
• Schedule adherence.
• Helpfacilitatethe behavior of all parties working within the platform to ensure we are gathering theappropriate data KPIs etc. for our internal use and our clients success.
• Monitoring and evaluating KPIs across their region toidentifyopportunities for improvement of processes and project team performance for all team members (end to end).

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Construction Engineering Management preferred
• 1- 3 years of related experience and/or training
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
