We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering particularly in the design and management of water-related projects.

Some major responsibilities youre in charge of:

• Apply extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices across diverse project areas

• Serve as a technical specialist staff adviser and consultant to the civil engineering specialty for any given water/wastewater land/site development and/or public works project

• Undertake complex assignments pioneering new civil engineering techniques or procedures to enhance project outcomes

• Ensure that drawings and designs are in accordance with company production codes and established design standards

• Direct and perform the preparation of improvement plans specifications supporting documents and permit applications for projects

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering from an accredited university

• Registered Professional Engineer in the state of California (were seeking a certified Project Engineer but we also value candidates who possess extensive experience as a designer capable of performing engineering duties at an advanced level).

• At least 3-5 years of Project Engineer experience in the field of civil engineering including water wastewater

• An expert using Civil3D AutoCAD ArcGIS software programs
