Position Summary
The Project Coordinator serves as a primary commercial point of contact throughout the project lifecycle helping coordinate communication contracts scope documentation billing readiness and customer expectations. This role works closely with Project Managers Operations Audit Accounting and Leadership Teams to help ensure projects are delivered successfully from initial opportunity through final collection.
Responsibilities
Manage new project opportunities and customer intake.
Build and maintain relationships with customers consultants adjusters and stakeholders.
Attend site meetings and provide project communication and updates.
Coordinate Commercial Service Agreements Rate Sheets and Scope Documents.
Assist with scope development change orders and project documentation.
Support project financial projections and maintain version control of approvals.
Coordinate with Project Management regarding schedules project expectations and risks.
Ensure required documentation is prepared for progress and final billing.
Assist with customer follow-up and collection efforts.
Represent SERVPRO Team Friermuth professionally while maintaining compliance with company policies and brand standards.

Effective coordination between customers operations accounting and leadership.
Timely documentation billing readiness and project closeout.

Qualifications
Experience in restoration construction project coordination property management insurance or related fields preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.
High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
Base Salary Performance-Based Commission: The salary listed reflects the base salary portion of the compensation addition to base salary this position is eligible for performance-based commission opportunities tied to successful project outcomes customer satisfaction and profitable project execution. Commission opportunities are designed to reward strong individual contribution accountability and project success. A general overview of the compensation plan will be provided during the hiring process.
