Job Summary
TABER the leading manufacturer of custom millwork metalwork and upholstery in Orange County is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
What you will do:
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day execution across preconstruction construction and closeout phases
- Prepare and manage submittals RFIs shop drawing coordination and procurement tracking
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering Purchasing Production and Field teams
- Track project schedules deliveries and install readiness to keep timelines on track
- Manage subcontractor scope across stone tops seating and metal work
What were looking for:
- 12 years of experience in construction millwork or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with submittals RFIs or project coordination workflows
- Exceptional organizational skills and clear proactive communication
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Comfortable working with Bluebeam Procore (or similar platform) and Excel
- High attention to detail especially with respect to finish quality and sequencing
