What Youll Do

As a Project Coordinator you will provide critical coordination and support for the successful delivery of Arvigs business solutions ensuring outstanding customer service through the process. This role oversees the scheduling and management of installations supports the sales team in proposals and RFPs maintains thorough documentation for each project and serves as a key point of contact for customers. The coordinator ensures seamless communication among internal teams vendors and clients while contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency.

What Youll Bring

• Commitment to Safety: A strong dedication to maintaining a safe environment -both physically and mentally- for yourself your colleagues and customers
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of customer service or related experience
• Experience organizing and executing multi-step projects
• Strong customer service communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Positive personality
• Ability to remain organized flexible and focused despite frequent interruptions
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled at working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships deliver results and improve processes

Bonus points if you have:

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years of sales support or telecom industry experience
• Experience supporting technical teams and residential/business customers
• Telecommunications knowledge and understanding of support functions in a sales/service environment

Your Schedule

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM.
