About the Opportunity

Were partnering with a growing luxury custom home builder seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support multiple high-end residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

This role goes well beyond administrative support. Youll play a key role in keeping projects organized coordinating information between the office and field managing project documentation and helping ensure every project stays on track.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential or commercial construction experience who enjoys organization problem-solving and working on complex detail-driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple luxury residential construction projects simultaneously
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and project documentation
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor agreements
• Organize plans specifications selections and revisions
• Assist with budgeting invoicing and financial tracking
• Coordinate with architects designers vendors subcontractors and field teams
• Maintain project records and construction management systems
• Participate in weekly project planning meetings
• Assist with scheduling and project coordination
• Visit jobsites regularly to support Superintendents and monitor project progress
• Ensure field teams have the information they need to execute work efficiently

What Were Looking For

• Experience as a Project Coordinator Assistant Project Manager Project Engineer or similar construction support role
• Residential or commercial construction experience
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Comfortable learning construction software and internal systems
