About this Role:

Aspartofaprojectcontrolsteamdevelopandmaintainprogramdesignandconstruction schedules. Coordinate andgatherprojectstatusinformationfromProjectManagers toupdateprogramlevelschedule;preparereports; costandresourceloading;identifyand record Program level schedule and create summary cashflow reports and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinateandgatherprojectstatus informationfromPMsandCMstoupdateproject budgetandcostreports
• Trackchangestrendsandrisks
• Supportmonitorand communicatebudgetactualstatusandforecastcosts
• Trackingandreportingofprojectprogressand performance
• Financial reporting via use of OPC (Oracle Primavera Cloud).

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelors in finance or related field preferred.
• 5yearsofexperienceonprojectcontrolsandcostmanagement
• HandsonexpertiseinusingprojectmanagementtoolssuchasMSProjectetc
• Experience working with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) Portfolio Management
• Microsoft Dynamics Database PowerBI Tableaupreferred
• Provenabilitiestoworkwithculturalandemotionalintelligencetoimprove teamengagement.
• Possessexceptionalcommunicationpresentation&interpersonalskillswith proficiencyatgrasping newconceptsquicklyandutilizingthesame productively.
• Performsotherdutiesasassigned.
