Overview
We are seeking a Project Controls Lead to support the successful delivery of capital projects by providing leadership and expertise in cost control scheduling progress measurement and change management. This role is open to candidates across experience levels (junior to senior) who demonstrate strong analytical skills adaptability and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the development and implementation of project controls plans including cost schedule and change management frameworks.
• Provide timely and accurate data for project reporting forecasting and benchmarking.
• Coordinate cost and schedule analysis including variance analysis and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain project control tools such as Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) control budgets and master schedules.
• Facilitate monthly stewardship reviews and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Support the preparation of estimates confidence packages and gate review documentation.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure effective controls are in place and adhered to.
• Review and validate contractor progress reports change proposals and corrective action plans.
• Participate in bid evaluations contract planning and milestone development.
• Mentor junior project controls staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
• Experience in project controls with exposure to cost and schedule management (level of experience may vary by role level).
• Familiarity with project management tools and systems (e.g. Primavera MS Project Excel).
• Strong analytical communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing project needs.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as required.
• Certifications in project management or controls (PMI AACE etc.) are a plus but not mandatory.
