Position Overview

Were looking for a Project Associate MEP Engineer to join our this role youll support restoration and building systems projects while developing hands-on experience in field inspections technical analysis and construction documentation. Youll work closely with project leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions across complex projects.

What Youll Do

• Support MEP and building restoration projects across all phases under supervision
• Assist with site inspections field measurements and condition assessments (including elevated and confined spaces)
• Prepare and update technical documents: drawings reports specifications and field notes
• Create and modify AutoCAD drawings and sketches
• Participate in client contractor and consultant meetings
• Track project documentation photos and records
• Help monitor construction progress and identify issues or discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What Youll Bring

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Plumbing Engineering (or related field)
• 02 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively

Preferred:

• Exposure to building systems construction or façade/restoration work
• Familiarity with NYC building codes or inspections
• OSHA certifications or willingness to obtain scaffold safety certifications

Work Environment & Schedule

• This position is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule.
• Standard working hours are Monday Friday 9am 5pm.
• Travel within NYC required

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $80000 $90000 based on knowledge skills and experience.
