Project Architect Project Manager

Job Summary:
Manage commercial architecture projects from design through construction coordinating clients consultants contractors schedules budgets and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial projects through design and construction phases.
• Coordinate clients consultants contractors and project teams.
• Manage schedules budgets deliverables and documentation.
• Coordinate permitting entitlements and plan-check approvals.
• Resolve technical design and construction issues.
• Review drawings and project documents for accuracy and quality.
• Mentor and support project team members.

Requirements:

• 5 years of commercial architectural project management experience.
• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
• Architectural license preferred.
• Experience managing commercial projects consultants clients and contractors.
• Knowledge of building codes permitting entitlements and CEQA.
• Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
