The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is looking for an Experienced Project Analyst to help drive highimpact facilities and information projects at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Unit Charleston. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment enjoy building smart plans and want your work to directly support missioncritical operations this role is for you.

As a Project Analyst youll become a key player in planning and executing projects that keep our training infrastructure strong and ready. Youll develop schedules analyze performance provide insightful reporting and strengthen communication across a diverse team of engineers project managers and stakeholders. Your work will shape longterm facility planning informed decisionmaking and successful budget execution for the NPTU Charleston site.

What Youll Do Build maintain and optimize project schedules
Track progress and highlight opportunities for improvement
Support risk analysis and mitigation planning
Drive clear communication across technical and program teams
Contribute to longrange facility planning and project scoping
Help evaluate resources and support budget planning and execution
Collaborate across the Site Program Office to advance strategic initiatives

This position is not fully remote and requires regular onsite presence at NPTU Charleston. Limited telework opportunities are available consistent with program needs.

Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; orMasters degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

Primavera P6 scheduling experience
Project and portfolio management background
Budget and financial planning experience
Strong Excel capability
Comfortable navigating MS SharePoint
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience using BI/BA tools to turn data into decisions

Pay Range

$95700.00 - $149600.00 annually
Salary information provided is a general guideline only. Annual salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion LLC (FMP) a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation. Naval Nuclear Laboratory personnel are FMP employees who work at four DOE facilities: Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory Kenneth A. Kesselring Site and Naval Reactors Facility and at the U.S. Department of Defense-owned Nuclear Power Training Unit-Charleston. FMP employees also have an established presence at numerous shipyards and vendor locations. For nearly 70 years the Naval Nuclear Laboratory has developed advanced nuclear propulsion technology provided technical support and trained world-class nuclear operators to ensure the safe and reliable operation of our nations submarine and aircraft carrier Fleets. The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is a national asset solely dedicated to the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.
