DLR Groups Northwest Region has an opening for an experienced Project Administrator. This role could be based in the following cities:

• Seattle WA
• Portland OR

Position Summary

As a Project Administrator at DLR Group youll play a crucial role in supporting our projects during the construction phase. You will ensure the smooth execution of standard documentation workflows organization and communication tasks essential for the effective functioning of our project teams. The ideal candidate would have experience in the AEC industry.

What you will do:

• Confirm and manage construction phase contractual responsibilities
• Coordinate with the construction phase team including workflows meetings and communication
• Develop and maintain relationships with key team members and serve as the primary point of contact for documentation and workflows
• Establish and maintain tracking and logging for construction documentation workflows
• Manage pay applications ensuring compliance with DLR Groups risk management standards and processing approvals
• Handle submittals RFIs and cost documentation ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Assist with field reports punch lists and closeout procedures

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project administration within the AEC (Architecture Engineering and Construction) industry.
• Knowledge of A/E construction phase processes and contractual responsibilities
• Proficiency in task organization completion tracking and prioritization
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Suite including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project Bluebeam Vantagepoint Newforma Procore and AIA Contract Document software
