Job Summary

Program Manager will provide the overall planning direction and success of major programs within PAE Mission Systems. Efforts will include the overall program definition organization and direction of short- and long-range plans. PM will also be the responsible for formulating guiding and directing the technical scope of contract efforts; and defining and allocating personnel for necessary resources. PMs responsibility will include establishment and control of technical milestones schedules budgets and costs are also essential tasks for the contract.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Serve as the NMP Implementation point of contact. This involves coordinating with stakeholders such as APs and personnel from Product PMWs NAVSEA 21 and In-Service Aircraft Carrier Program (PMS 312) NAVWAR 5.0 (Trident Warrior) Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) OPNAV Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) and Fleet Type Commanders (TYCOMs) for issues associated with these products and processes
- Interface with Product PMWs APM-Is Assistant Program Manager for Engineering and other engineering representatives to define PMW Technology Demonstration and Development Test/Operational Test (DT/OT) requirements. The Contractor shall also provide weekly status updates to the NMP Implementation Manager
- Support PAE MS in interfacing with PMWs in all aspects of acquisition milestones to meet Navy Modernization requirements
- Participate in Installation Process Improvement discussions continuous process improvement initiatives future SCD and SPIDER/RIPTIDE to NDE interface training
- Support the IWP Capability Baseline CM Governance Board and maintain IWP Capability Baselines for Selected Ships

15 years experience. Navy Modernization Process; Advance Planning Support; Installation Execution; Baseline Management; Design Management; Design Engineering; Design Acquisition
