The Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer will collaborate closely with Product Owners Business Analysts architects and other technical teams to design build enhance and maintain enterprise-grade solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. The developer will be responsible for hands-on development integration automation data modeling troubleshooting and solution optimization. This role requires deep knowledge of Dataverse tables security Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps) Power Automate flows and enterprise integration patterns. The position is highly hands-on and focused on delivering robust scalable business applications.
- Design develop and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions (canvas and model-driven)
- Build and manage Dataverse tables relationships business rules forms views APIs and security roles
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and data sources including Azure services
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development test and production environments
- Work closely with business partners to translate requirements into functional solutions
- Implement best practices around solution architecture governance data modeling and secure-by-design development
- Maintain documentation for configuration data models custom connectors workflows and operational support
- Assist in building monitoring auditing logging and compliance controls in alignment with enterprise policies.
Education and Certifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Must hold Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics Certification or 5 years of equivalent experience
- PL-400 Power Platform Developer
- PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Required Skills:
- 5 years of Hands-on Power Apps Development (model-driven and canvas)
- 5 years of experience developing solutions using Dataverse including advanced data modeling and security architecture
- Strong experience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and integrations
- Experience creating and managing custom connectors APIs and Integrations with Azure Services
- Solid understanding of Power Platform environments ALM solution management DevOps and Deployment pipelines
- Proficiency with JavaScript Power Fx and low-code extensibility patterns
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure Functions Logic Apps and Azure API Management
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and extended Dataverse Features
- Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA NIST PCI etc.)
- Knowledge of Power BI for reporting integrations
