Program Supervisor – Student Assistance Program

If so Devereux Center for Effective Schools is seeking a Program Supervisor Student Assistance Program (SAP) to lead and support a team of SAP Liaisons serving school districts throughout the this highly visible leadership role you will oversee program operations supervise staff partner with school and community stakeholders and ensure that students receive the support and resources they need to thrive academically socially and emotionally.

Position Summary:

• Bachelors Degree in Education Behavioral Health Human Services Social Work Psychology Counseling or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in behavioral healthcare mental health education substance use or a related field.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel frequently between school and community locations.
• Strong leadership organizational and administrative skills.
• Exceptional communication collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with data tracking reporting and outcome measurement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred

• Masters Degree in a related field.
• Prior Student Assistance Program (SAP) experience.
• Previous staff supervision or program management experience.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania Student Assistance Program processes.
• Experience working with public school districts and community-based organizations.

Physical Requirements

• Moderate amounts of walking standing and sitting.
• Frequent use of computers data systems and office equipment.
• Repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with computer work.
• Normal hearing and vision.
• Frequent driving and travel for business purposes.
