Program Quality Engineer
- Act as the primary quality representative for assigned programs and customers.
- Review customer and contractual quality requirements and ensure compliance throughout program execution.
- Support customer meetings program reviews inspections and readiness activities.
- Prepare and review customer quality deliverables including End Item Data Packages Certificates of Conformance First Article Inspection documentation and acceptance records.
- Manage nonconforming material and participate in Material Review Board activities.
- Lead or support root cause investigations and corrective action efforts.
- Analyze quality data and identify risks trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support internal customer and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality compliance and manufacturing performance.
- Strong problem-solving communication and organizational skills with attention to detail required
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings specifications and contractual requirements required
- Experience managing nonconforming material and corrective actions required
- Experience reviewing technical documentation and customer deliverables required
- Quality engineering manufacturing engineering or related experience (3 years) required
- Aerospace defense semiconductor microelectronics optics or other high-reliability manufacturing experience preferred
- AS9100 Quality Management System experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Manufacturing Industrial Technology or a related technical field required

Salary Range:
$62800.00-$83700.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location local regulations (such as minimum wage) education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
