Program Manager

**This is an upcoming opportunity contingent on contract award.

Axiom Consultants Inc is seeking a skilled and driven Program Manager to support the Office of Education duties include:

• Responsibilty for all Contractor work and performance under the PWS
• Provide management and technical direction to all Contractor personnel
• Serve as single point of contact for the CO and COR on contractual matters
• Conduct rigorous financial tracking of labor hours and travel CLINs; provide monthly burn rate charts and early notification to prevent funding gaps or over-expenditure
• Ensure activities conform to legal and contractual obligations; provide documentation and reports on travel labor hours performance compliance and risk management
• Identify track and report risks related to performance schedule or cost; develop and execute mitigation strategies

Qualifications

• B.S. in an associated field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience 2 of which must be in a supervisory role.
