About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and certified SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master/ Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating multiple Agile teams within a value stream ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives) for multiple global teams.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
• Coordinate and manage the Agile Release Train events including PI Planning ART Sync and System Demos.
• Collaborate with Product Management System Architects and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of value.
• Track and communicate key metrics and progress to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of SAFe practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Certified SAFe 6.0.
• Proven experience in managing multiple Agile teams within a value stream.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe framework.
• Excellent communication facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in different geographical locations.
• Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within a large-scale Agile transformation.
• Background in technical - Hardware/ Firmware project management.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence and others.
