Role: Program Manager
Location: Orlando FL 32817 Onsite Role
* Project Management: Proven experience managing complex multi-workstream programs in a matrix enterprise environment
* SAP Transformation Experience: Familiarity with S/4HANA or similar ERP implementation programs including understanding of typical project phases
* Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint Excel Teams) and experience with enterprise project tracking platforms
* Reporting and Documentation: Ability to produce clear concise project status reports RAID logs and executive summaries
* OCM Partnership: Ability to coordinate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) leads to integrate change and training milestones into the project plan
Nice to Have:
* PLM system knowledge: Exposure to PLM tools such as Teamcenter (Siemens)
* Experience with Jira Power BI and reporting dashboards
