Job Summary

Overview
Client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives coordinate strategic projects and drive operational excellence across the organization. This role oversees multiple related projects aligns stakeholders manages timelines and budgets and ensures successful delivery of business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex programs from initiation through completion.
Develop program roadmaps timelines budgets and resource plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations product engineering marketing finance and external partners.
Monitor program performance identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings status updates and executive reporting.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Establish and improve program management processes tools and best practices.
Track KPIs metrics and outcomes to measure program success.
Manage dependencies across projects and align priorities with organizational goals.
Support change management and communication efforts during program rollouts.

Essential Qualifications Skills and Technologies
Bachelors degree in Business Management Engineering or a related field.
38 years of experience in program management project management or operations leadership.
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira Asana Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.

Preferred Skills or Experience
Experience with Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
PMP PgMP Scrum Master or related certifications.
Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Stakeholder management experience.
Risk management expertise.
Budget and resource planning experience.
Process improvement capabilities.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
