Program Manager Indiana T&D Operations
Job Family and Group: Transmission and Distribution
Reports to: Director T&D Operations
Location: Indianapolis IN

The Program Manager Indiana T&D Operations is responsible for coordinating activities budgets and operational priorities across the functional areas of Transmission & Distribution including engineering construction contract management Case Work field operations system operations and dispatch line clearance metering and technical functions. This role operates in a fast-paced environment supporting outage management storm response and day-to-day operational priorities requiring close coordination across multiple teams while balancing competing priorities and adapting quickly to changing business and operational needs. The Program Manager also works to manage and coordinate projects data and other requests with service company and corporate areas including FP&A HR Accounting IT Regulatory Legal and Supply Chain among others. Responsible for annual and monthly coordination and rollup of T&D activities supporting internal and external functions including budgeting hiring and regulatory filings/proceedings. Takes on small to medium-sized projects as requested.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate operational and administrative activities across the functional areas of T&D.
  • Prepare operational regulatory and financial reporting including but not limited to; KPI submittals monthly budget and variance reports AP/AR invoice processing.
  • Reviews financial performance with the Director and provides feedback and requests recovery actions as necessary.
  • Coordinates data requests leadership presentations and other needs with and for T&D leadership.
  • Gathers data for regulatory requests in support of rate cases and other filings.
  • Develops plans and executes projects as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft 365 applications particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience analyzing data and preparing reports is preferred.
  • Utility industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
