Job Description:
The Hiring Manager outlined that this position will have a strong execution-oriented focus within supply chain operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting ongoing programs and ensuring that materials purchasing activities and production-readiness milestones remain on track.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and tracking material availability and movement throughout the supply chain process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date material tracking reports and spreadsheets.
- Supporting Clear-to-Build (CTB) schedules and ensuring that required materials are available in alignment with production timelines.
- Tracking key supply chain milestones and identifying potential delays or gaps that could impact execution.
- Providing purchase order support including tracking PO status quantities delivery timelines and related information.
- Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to obtain updates and resolve operational issues.
- Maintaining data accuracy and ensuring that supply chain information is properly documented and readily available for decision-making.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day operational follow-up and execution activities during the period of increased business demand.
