Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to support healthcare administrative operations serving Tripler Army Medical Center Naval Health Clinic Hawaii and military treatment facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest.

This remote leadership position will oversee teams supporting patient appointing referral management and related healthcare administrative services.

Position Highlights

• Full-time remote position
• No Hawaii residency requirement
• Monday through Friday
• Medical Dental Vision and 401(k)
• PTO and Sick Time
• Potential travel to Bremerton WA

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations staffing scheduling and employee performance
• Monitor productivity quality workload and performance metrics
• Coordinate employee onboarding training and workflow changes
• Prepare and review reports and operational data
• Maintain communication with Spectrum leadership and government representatives
• Support process improvement and contract performance

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Business Management Healthcare Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience including supervisory or management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong technical aptitude
• Highly organized self-directed and able to manage a high-volume environment
• Secure reliable high-speed internet
• Ability to travel to Bremerton WA as needed
• Ability to complete applicable federal background requirements

Preferred

• Masters degree
• Healthcare operations federal contracting DoD patient access referral management or military healthcare experience
• Experience managing remote teams
