Program Manager – Healthcare & Veterinary Cloud Solutions

Overview

We are looking for a highly strategic and technically adept Program Manager to lead our next generation of healthcare cloud implementations and systems this role you will do much more than manage timelines; you will bring your solutions architect mindset to guide complex technical designs and drive major integration projects from conception to delivery.

You will be the central anchor connecting business stakeholders clinical leaders and global software engineering groups including both onshore and offshore teams. If you are passionate about cloud technology system integrations and improving animal health outcomes we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Delivery Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex cloud migrations and integrations keeping projects on schedule within budget and aligned with organizational goals.
• Global Team Coordination: Direct inspire and coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams across multiple time zones seamlessly managing both onshore and offshore resources.
• Solution Architecture Guidance: Partner with technical leads to evaluate design and implement scalable secure and compliant cloud architectures and system integrations.
• Stakeholder Management: Bridge the gap between clinical veterinary operations and deep technical teams ensuring business requirements are perfectly translated into technical execution.

Qualifications Breakdown

Education

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Business Management or a related technical field.
• Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certifications are highly preferred

Core Requirements

• Proven track record of managing large-scale complex technology programs from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience leading and collaborating with diverse onshore and offshore development teams.
• Excellent leadership communication and relationship-building skills across business and technical audiences.

Technical Architecture & Cloud Experience

• Strong background or prior experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead.
• Solid experience delivering enterprise-level cloud implementations (AWS Azure or GCP).
• Demonstrated experience leading complex system integrations (APIs HL7 or SaaS platforms).

Industry Experience

• Extensive program delivery experience within the healthcare domain.
• Experience or familiarity with veterinary health systems clinic workflows or animal health technology (highly preferred).
