Job Summary
The Program Manager will support a software migration project within the Online Order Fulfillment space. The client is embarking on a journey to replace the current SAAS Order Picking solution from Wynshop with a parallel offering from StrongPoint. This role will be responsible for managing project execution coordinating across internal and vendor teams and ensuring successful delivery while maintaining the ability for stores to execute cleanly on the existing client Pickup business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage software migration projects from planning through execution and delivery
Coordinate closely with multiple internal teams and vendor groups to ensure project success
Drive project planning execution tracking and communication across stakeholders
Support phased implementation activities related to replacing the current SAAS Order Picking solution from Wynshop with StrongPoint
Ensure continuity of store operations and maintain the ability for stores to execute cleanly on existing client Pickup business
Manage project risks dependencies issues and timelines
Collaborate with business teams technical teams and vendors throughout the migration process
Provide project updates and maintain alignment across all stakeholders
Support release management activities and ensure successful delivery of project milestones

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager of a software migration project
Experience managing complex software implementation or migration initiatives
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success
Strong communication organization and leadership skills
Experience working in retail organizations is highly preferred
Release Management experience is a big plus
Experience supporting grocery online order fulfillment store operations or SaaS platform migrations
Michigan local candidates preferred; Midwest candidates considered for remote opportunity
