We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives and oversee strategic vendor relationships for a large retail client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex technology programs coordinating with cross-functional teams and driving accountability across vendors and internal stakeholders.

This role requires excellent communication financial acumen and the ability to operate effectively within a matrixed enterprise environment. Experience with IBM partnerships Maximo/EAM platforms and hardware vendor oversight is highly preferred.

• Lead enterprise technology programs from planning through execution and delivery
• Manage relationships with large vendors and ensure accountability for deliverables and timelines
• Coordinate across IT Finance Accounting Operations and executive leadership teams
• Drive program governance risk management reporting and stakeholder communication
• Support budgeting forecasting and financial tracking for technology initiatives
• Collaborate with hardware and software vendors to ensure operational success
• Navigate complex organizational structures and resolve conflicts effectively
• Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business goals and operational priorities

• 7 10 years of experience in Program Management within enterprise technology environments
• Strong experience managing large vendors; IBM experience preferred
• Experience with Maximo EAM platforms or ERP-related systems
• Strong financial and budgeting knowledge with ability to partner with Finance/Accounting teams
• Proven success working in matrixed organizations with executive stakeholders
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with high resilience and persistence

• Experience overseeing hardware vendor management
• Retail industry experience is a plus
• PMP or related certifications preferred
