Make a Arc of San Diego is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Program Manager to lead our Group Supported Employment Programs throughout San Diego County. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing employment services that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful employment community inclusion and greater Program Manager provides direct supervision to three Case Managers including two Case Managers supporting our MCRD Food Service Operations on the Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) and one Case Manager overseeing Group Community Employment Sites within our Group Supported Employment Program. This position requires a strong leader with experience managing staff program operations regulatory compliance and service outcomes.
