Program Manager

BryceTech has an immediate opening for a Program Manager to support the Space Systems Command MilComm & PNT (SSC/CG) Directorate with a broad range of acquisition capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of space-related research development production operations and maintenance and lifecycle acquisition activities. The SSC/CG Directorate is responsible for the planning acquisition and sustainment of space-enabled MilComm & PNT capabilities for National/Joint Force Operations. The Program Manager will provide the government customer actionable information advice opinions alternatives analyses evaluations and processes to eliminate waste with the goal of standardizing best practices and reducing cycle times/cost of doing business to optimize acquisition support to the SSC/CG directorate.

Individuals will support various management and administrative roles to ensure efficient and effective operations of organizational activities. Specific tasks may include:

• Ensure the business operations is optimized by ensuring correct program technical acquisition artifacts are analyzed and integrated at the enterprise level.
• Ensure development documentation transition and sustainment of functional databases to support organizational mission requirements and acquisition strategies is maintained.
• Analyze and support all phases of the Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process to facilitate effective administration and program management across the directorate.
• Prepare acquisition reporting materials including program overviews executive summaries milestone status updates and assessments of overall program health.
• Manage research and analytical efforts to ensure results are thorough deliverables are comprehensive and reviews are conducted according to the established analysis milestone plan.
• Coordinate and manage execution of SSC/CG senior staff visits in alignment with defined workflows ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Advise the contractor team on the release of SSC/CG program information to external stakeholdersincluding industry media trade publications and international partnersthrough review coordination and processing activities.
• Lead the research drafting editing and quality assurance of articles speeches and testimony on behalf of the organization ensuring content is accurate appropriately styled and aligned with the communications objectives and audience.
• Provide support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) including requirements definition case development implementation and closure activities.
• Support tracking and management of automated data processing equipment (ADPE) infrastructure oversight and performance management functions across the directorate.

Qualifications :

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• This position requires at least an active DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelors degree required in related field such as management business and/or engineering
• 10 years of demonstrated relevant experience is required
• Understanding of Milcom & PNT satellite and ground systems
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain a professional bearing in all meetings briefings and discussions with senior staff

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters degree is preferred in related field such as management business and/or engineering
• PMP certification is preferred
• 8 years experience managing aerospace programs for DoD customers
• Technical and analytic understanding of Milcom & PNT satellite and ground systems
