Role: Program Manager E6Department: E6 OutreachReports to:DirectorLocation: E6 DTLA Office - 1625 W. Olympic Blvd. Suite 603 Los Angeles CA 90015 Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am- 4:30pmStatus: Full-Time; Exempt (salary); ManagementBenefits: Medical Dental Vision Retirement Planning (403b) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) :As part of the LA County strategy to combat homelessness the goal of E6 is to create a countywide network of multidisciplinary integrated street-based teams to identify engage and connect or re-connect homeless individuals to interim and/or permanent housing and supportive services. The E6 Program Manager will provide leadership and oversight to area-specific multidisciplinary E6 Street Outreach teams. The Program Manager will ensure that appropriate high quality and integrated care and services are provided to clients including carrying a case load themselves when necessary to support the team. The Program Manager is also responsible for efficiency of operations coordinating services with partner agencies as needed and fostering collaboration within the team between other departments and programs. The Program Manager is responsible for administrative aspects of team leadership including data oversight and reporting of Duties & Responsibilities:Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams ensuring continuity of care and services between The People Concern agency resources and partnering public and private individual and team supervision utilizing a trauma-informed care lens and harm reduction clinical guidance to staff as needed including in psychiatric emergencies and crisis assistance in the field in order to support the team or individual team members. Be available to respond to emergency calls and situations on a 24-hour basis when needed assist in the screening assessment enrollment and case management of all paperwork and data collection is complete timely accurate and current in agency records and electronic databases through on-going audits of electronic databases and chart adherence to funding source contracts and performance standards; prepare written reports on program activities as assigned and as required by funding training to staff on policies and procedures of the program and and manage staffing of MDT team and ensure staff are adequately trained and abide by all agency and department policies and 90-day and annual performance evaluations in a timely all department agency-wide and county/city service provider meetings and trainings (as necessary). Qualifications:MSW MFT or LPCC who is registered with CA BBS (supervision hours are available for this position) OR five (5) or more years experience working in outreach and with persons experiencing (2) years experience providing direct supervision and management of staff; experience managing a team of two (2) years full-time experience working with individuals who are experiencing homelessness preferably those living with mental illness and/or substance addictions and/or physical health challenges. Detail oriented with excellent time management organizational written verbal interpersonal and computer skillsAble to work in a high tolerance harm reduction model with individuals who have multiple barriersAble to learn quickly and work effectively with a wide range of constituentsStrong interpersonal and team building skillsSelf-starter with the ability to stay ahead of the curve and thrive in fast-paced work environmentCurrent valid California Drivers with an acceptable driving recordAble to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certificationAll internal candidates must be in good standing and in their current role for at least six Environment:Combination of field and office environmentRegularly required to sit stand bend and occasionally lift or carry up to 35 poundsOn occasion drive to different sites throughout the assigned outreach areaWill necessitate working in busy and loud environmentsWill be exposed to elements like cold heat dust noise odor and smokeMay need to bend stoop twist and sit throughout the day
