MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
Manager of the Contractor staff. Plan execute and monitor tasks from inception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards. Must have a robust understanding of Quality Management Systems and exhibit proficiency in adhering to ISO 9001 standards. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful task outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams clients and stakeholders to definite task objectives and deliverables. Conduct continuous service delivery improvement activities towards more efficient capabilities and performance. Additionally responsible for assigning contractor schedules reviewing work discrepancies supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies purposes and goals of organization. Requires a strong focus on risk management and fostering innovation.
Experience:
Minimum 8 specific years experience as a Program Manager
Education:
MUST HAVE A PMP CERT
Masters Degree in related field or 12 years experience
