The Commercial Banking Digital team is responsible for delivering client-centric digital experiences that power our Commercial Banking business. As the digital servicing and sales landscape continues to evolve we are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to drive high-impact transformation initiatives.

The Program Manager is a key leader responsible for orchestrating end-to-end program delivery across Business and Technology with a strong focus on:

This role operates at the intersection of product engineering and governance functions ensuring that initiatives are well-scoped funded compliant and successfully launched to market.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Technology Intake / Financial Planning
- Partner with Business and Technology stakeholders to manage work intake prioritization and program pipeline
- Drive alignment on budgeting financial forecasting and funding approvals
- Translate business objectives into structured execution plans and delivery roadmaps
Risk Legal & Compliance Coordination
- Collaborate with Risk Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Manage approvals controls and governance checkpoints across the program lifecycle
- Proactively identify and mitigate regulatory and operational risks
Cross-Functional Dependency & Stakeholder Management
- Manage dependencies across product engineering infrastructure operations and vendor teams
- Act as the central point of coordination across business and technology stakeholders
- Drive stakeholder alignment issue resolution and decision-making forums
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for digital initiatives
- Align across product operations client support and business teams for launch readiness
- Ensure execution of release plans rollout strategies and client communication plans
Program Governance & Delivery
- Define and manage program scope timelines budget and deliverables
- Establish robust governance frameworks including status tracking risk management and escalation
- Ensure adherence to enterprise PMO standards and best practices
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Mentor junior program managers and drive delivery excellence
- Continuously improve program management practices and governance models
- Stay current with digital banking trends and emerging technologies
What You Bring
Experience
- 10 years of program/project management experience
- 5 years of experience in digital banking or financial services transformation
Domain & Delivery Expertise
- Strong understanding of digital banking platforms (web/mobile commercial or consumer)
- Experience managing intake budgeting and program-level financials
- Proven track record delivering complex multi-workstream programs
Governance & Regulatory Experience
- Hands-on experience working with risk legal and compliance teams in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and audit requirements
Stakeholder & GTM Capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems across business and technology
- Experience leading or supporting go-to-market execution for digital products/platforms
Technical & Execution Skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
- Strong understanding of systems integration and enterprise architecture
- Expertise in tools such as MS Project Visio and Office Suite
Leadership & Communication
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments
