Job Summary
Job Title:- Program Manager
Location:- Bentonville AR
Responsibilities:-
Define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation.
Manage end-to-end project execution (initiation closure).
Track progress using tools like Jira MS Project or Smartsheet.
Identify risks mitigation strategies and dependencies.
Coordinate with business stakeholders developers QA and external vendors.
Ensure adherence to budget and cost control.
Conduct status meetings reporting and escalation management.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with governance security and quality standards.
Requirements:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups Sprint Planning Reviews Retrospectives).
Remove impediments and support team productivity.
Guide teams on Agile/Scrum best practices.
Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog and priorities.
Track sprint progress using metrics (velocity burndown charts).
Coach teams on continuous improvement and self-organization.
Ensure transparency and effective communication across stakeholders.
Foster an Agile culture across the organization.
Support scaling frameworks (SAFe etc.) if applicable.
