Sr. Program Manager
Duration: 12 m Contract
Location: Austin TX
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale data analytics Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse (BI/DW) and enterprise reporting programs within complex organizations. This role will serve as a strategic liaison between executive leadership business stakeholders and technical teams overseeing multiple analytics projects managing hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Candidates should possess strong program management expertise exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills experience facilitating Scrum of Scrums and SAFe practices and the ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into actionable business strategies. Experience within Health and Human Services government agencies data governance federal and state reporting AI-enabled analytics initiatives and performance management programs and with any state clients are top preferred .
