POSITION SUMMARY The Program Manager plans and directs the operations of the program and manages staff ensuring optimum performance. This position also maintains procedures for operating efficiently and effectively and supervises a team of staff providing evidence-based and research informed community justice $75000EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree plus three years of supervisory experience is required. Experience working with substance use mental health and/or intervention programs in a criminal justice setting required. Demonstrated ability and/or exceptional performance within a CSSD funded or Wheeler Clinic program may be substituted for experience with excellent work habits (attendance promptness timeliness professionalism) is open to feedbackand makes good use of time. Ability to work on a team to ensure program goals are met communicates effectively verbally and in writing and is committed to personal and program growth. Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making by maintaining the ability to plan organize disseminate information and analyze and resolve problems.
